In its fourth edition, “El MEU Primer Festival” aims to spread cultural diversity and creative cinematic level and provide an opportunity to show work that normally do not have space in commercial halls, pointing to the role of the child in their learning and growth personnel.

The film will be shown in subtitled and dubbed version on November 20, Day of Children’s Rights, attended Walter Tournier director and art director Severi Lala.

There will also be a retrospective of his work, with the exhibition of the short “Tonky”, “Still”, “Children’s Rights”, “My Family”, “Caribbean Christmas”, “The Head and the Carpenter” “Tack, rod and Lettuce” and “In the jungle there is much to do.”

The exhibitions are part of the “Program of Arts and Children”, dedicated to the students and their families, with side events and workshops.

Meanwhile, the film was selected for 24èmes Rencontres Cinémas d’Amérique Latine inToulouse, which will run from 15 to 24 March2013 inthe French city, with the presence of a guest director Walter Tournier.

The review noted that the short Walter Tournier “Our little paradise” was hailed as one of the best films of the twentieth century, in the International Film Festival of Annecy Animation.

The Film Festival Se-Ma-For screened almost 300 films from 30 countries, and also benefited from meetings, conferences, special performances and evening concerts.
